Now that the stock market is officially in the toilet and equities investors are leaping off the bandwagon in droves, all of that money has to go looking for a bargain. Soooooo, it's about time for the geniuses of investment to decide that real estate (especially real estate at bargain prices) might be a good investment after all. What this means to us is the beginning of the new up cycle in real estate prices.

Does this mean that sellers should immediately call their broker and raise their price? Not really. But it does mean that it is just about time for buyers to get off the fence and make that purchase because after one more fleecing this winter, oil will be going down and then real estate prices will be going up.
